These terms explain the rules for using pfcchurches.org, operated by Pentecostal Fellowship Churches, Inc. (PFC, we, us, or our). Please read them before creating an account or using interactive website services. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use those services.
Purpose of the website
The website shares church information, events, resources, and services and provides access to approved member areas. Website account approval does not by itself establish church membership, ministerial credentials, employment, or authority to act for PFC.
Accounts and member access
Member accounts are intended for adults age 18 and older. Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share sign-in credentials or allow another person to use your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access to restricted areas depends on approval and the permissions assigned to your account. Do not attempt to access information or features you are not authorized to use. We may limit, suspend, or close an account to protect the website, address misuse, or apply membership-access decisions. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.
Respectful and lawful use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass or threaten others, impersonate another person, post unlawful or deceptive material, disclose private information without permission, send spam, upload harmful software, bypass access controls, or interfere with the website. Do not copy or collect member information for solicitation, marketing, or other unauthorized purposes.

By submitting a message, prayer request, image, or other material, you allow PFC and its service providers to use it as reasonably needed to handle the submission and provide the service you requested. This permission does not transfer ownership of your material or automatically permit public publication.
Review any sharing choices on a form. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information, especially about another person. We may remove or decline submissions that violate these terms or are unsuitable for the service.
Prayer requests and support
Prayer and church support offered through the website do not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial assistance. Online submissions may not be reviewed immediately. Do not use a website form for emergencies or situations requiring an immediate response; contact appropriate local emergency services.
Events payments and donations
Event registration, donations, purchases, and other payments may have additional terms shown on the relevant page or checkout. Review the amount, event details, cancellation rules, and any refund terms before submitting payment. Contact us promptly about an error or a question. These website terms do not establish a blanket no-refund policy.
Payments are processed through the provider identified during the transaction and may also be subject to that provider’s terms. A donation receipt or payment confirmation does not by itself establish tax deductibility.
Website content and third party services
Website content belongs to PFC or its respective owners. You may view and use content for personal, noncommercial church-related purposes unless a resource states otherwise. Obtain permission before republishing, selling, or materially modifying content you do not own. Keep ownership and attribution notices intact.
The website may link to or use third party forms, payment services, media, and other tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean PFC endorses all material on the linked website.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but content may contain errors and services may be interrupted or changed. Confirm important event, payment, or administrative details with PFC. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or complete security.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PFC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law protects.
