Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
Pentecostal Fellowship Churches, Inc. (PFC, we, us, or our) operates pfcchurches.org. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, member accounts, online forms, and related website services.
Information you give us
We collect information you choose to provide when you register for a member account, contact us, register for an event, make a donation or payment, subscribe to communications, or submit a form. Depending on the service, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, church affiliation, account details, registration details, and messages.
Prayer requests may contain personal or sensitive information, including information about health, family circumstances, or religious beliefs. Share only what you want the people handling your request to receive. Do not include another person’s private information without their permission. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive identification information in prayer requests or general contact forms.
Information collected when you visit
Our website and hosting services may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and the date and time of a visit. This information helps operate the site, investigate problems, and protect accounts.
We use cookies or similar browser storage for functions such as signing in, maintaining a session, and protecting forms. You can control cookies through your browser, although blocking them may prevent member sign-in or other features from working.
Currently, this site does use a Jotform-based AI assistant referred to as “Sister Kia,” which may gather personal information via Jotform forms and is subject to Jotform policies and terms. You may find Jotform’s policy and terms at jotform.com. Please see how we use your data in the Service Provider and Sharing section below.
How we use information
We use information to manage member accounts and access, send password-reset and account messages, respond to inquiries and prayer requests, administer events, process donations or payments, keep appropriate records, and communicate about PFC activities. We also use information to maintain the website, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations.
Where newsletters or optional updates are offered, you can stop those communications using an unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Account security messages and messages needed to complete a request or transaction may still be sent.
Member information and prayer requests
Access to administrative member records is limited to people who need it for authorized church or technical responsibilities. An area described as members only is accessible to approved users and authorized administrators; it is not a guarantee that information can never be copied or shared by a recipient.
We use prayer requests to respond and coordinate prayer support. We do not publish a private prayer request or distribute it beyond the people handling it without your permission, unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address a serious safety concern. If a form offers public or group sharing, review that choice before submitting.
Contact us if you are unsure who can see a profile, directory entry, or submission. Any member-directory or profile-sharing features must clearly identify what information is visible and to whom.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host and maintain the website, manage forms, send email, and process transactions. These may include GoDaddy, Google/Gmail, Jotform, and the payment provider identified at checkout. SAM Professional Services Consultants, LLC (SPS Consultants) provides technical support and website administration for PFC and may access information as needed for that work.
Information submitted through a provider’s form, checkout, or other service may also be handled under that provider’s privacy policy. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with authorized church personnel and service providers as needed for the purposes described here, with your permission, or when reasonably necessary to meet legal requirements, protect rights, investigate misuse, or address a serious safety concern.
Payments and donations
Online payment details are handled through the payment service presented during the transaction. We receive the information needed to administer the donation, purchase, or registration, such as contact details, amount, transaction status, and a transaction reference. Do not email full payment card details to us. Refund and cancellation terms, where applicable, are provided with the relevant transaction or event.
Website email through Gmail
Our website is intended to send account, password-reset, form, and related service messages through PFC’s authorized Gmail account using WP Mail SMTP and Google’s Gmail API. The connection uses Google authorization credentials and tokens to send messages. It is not intended to collect or analyze the church’s inbox contents. Message content, recipient addresses, and related technical information are processed as needed to send and troubleshoot email.
Website members are not required to connect a personal Google account for ordinary member registration or password resets. PFC’s authorized account administrators can revoke the website connection through Google account settings; doing so may interrupt website email.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access. No website, email system, or method of storage can promise complete security. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, church administration, transaction records, security, and applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, we seek to delete it or remove identifying details. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire under our backup procedures.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information, close your member account, or stop optional communications by emailing pfcchurches@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be kept for legal, accounting, security, or other legitimate administrative reasons. We will explain any relevant limitation. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children and external websites
Member account registration is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the general website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Youth activities requiring information about minors should use a separate approved process involving a parent or guardian.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their own content and privacy practices.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. We will post the updated policy and effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate or required.
